SYNOPSIS

Eric Bellion and Pierre Meisel, two experienced sailors, set themselves a great challenge: recruit a crew made up of people of different age, sex and origins and some with visual or mobility disabilities, with the aim of taking part in the most prestigious ocean races. 12 people of different horizons will join on a high-tech sailing boat, Jolokia Team, with the ambition of going beyond their limits and of proving that a group can learn from their differences. This film will follow the adventure of this motley crew for one year in their fight against the elements and themselves, including their doubts, fears, hard moments of cohabitation but also  moments of happiness. Will they manage to prove the experienced crew of sailors that diversity is a force that can make them go beyond their limits, beyond their challenges?
