Far from the Californian coasts and the glitz and glamour of Hollywood, Fresno, the capital city of an agricultural area located in central California faces great challenges. Street gangs have taken advantage of the difficult economic environment and are proliferating. They are responsible for almost 95% of criminal acts throughout California. Yet, despite the lack of means, the police organises itself and focuses all its efforts on this antigang war. Over the course of 8 days, the film follows the Multi-Agency Gang Enforcement Consortium (MAGEC), a special unit created two years ago with one major mission: wiping out street gangs in Fresno County. Arrests, car chases, hideouts... MAGEC men are facing an upsurge of violence.
