SYNOPSIS

Explore the latest finds in the mythical city of Alexandria, featuring the 3D reconstitution of the city at the time of Cleopatra.

Egypt's legendary city Alexandria has had an unparalleled history, from its creation by Alexander the Great until its collapse during the reign of Cleopatra when it fell to the hands of the Romans. Greek historian Harry Tzalas explores the bottom of the Bay of Alexandria in tandem with the team of French archaeologist Jean-Yves Empereur. Among other finds, the discovery of a part of Cleopatra's temple of Isis as well as the only existing papyrus signed by her hand, bring to life the city of this mythical queen.
