AFGHANISTAN : A USELESS WAR ?

It's the longest war in America's history : 14 years of fighting, 50'000 deaths - mostly civilian, hundreds of billions of dollars spent in Afghanistan... for what outcome ? We traveled to Afghanistan and investigated the current situation in crucial sectors, the ones which the USA and its allies had promised to change, and we witnessed their biggest failures. Violence and instability have reached an unprecedented level, women's rights are moving backwards everyday, widespread corruption has led to animosity against the US-backed government, and opium production is at an all time high.
